• Users are responsible for ensuring the originality of the data and materials shared for writing and publication services.

• Although we implement security measures, no data transmission over the internet can be guaranteed as 100% secure.

5. Intellectual Property

• All content created by GenereteAcademia, including customized research papers, thesis, and publications, remains the intellectual property of the client upon full payment.

• Unauthorized reproduction or distribution of content created by us is prohibited.

6. Refund Policy

1. Journal Unavailability: If the client’s preferred journal cannot be accommodated, the article may be withdrawn without charges.

2. Exceeding Budget Constraints: Clients may withdraw their articles if publication fees surpass budget limitations.

3. Direct Submission: If a client submits directly to a journal after receiving our recommended journal options, withdrawal will not be eligible for a refund.

4. Acceptance and Final Stages: Once an article is accepted by a target journal, cancellation or withdrawal is not permitted.

5. Post-Selection Withdrawal: Withdrawal requests after journal selection will not be entertained.

7. Limitation of Liability

• Generete Academia is not liable for any publication delays, rejections, or losses due to journal guidelines changes or external circumstances beyond our control.

• Our liability for services provided is limited to the fees paid for the specific service.

8. Third-Party Links

• We may provide links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of these external sites.

9. Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

10. Official Communication & Transaction Policy

• To ensure authenticity and safety, all communication regarding services, submission of research papers/documents, queries, and especially financial transactions must be conducted only via our official email IDs: generete69@gmail.com and founder@generete.com.
  

• Generete Academia will not be responsible for any fraud, scam, or miscommunication arising from interactions made through unofficial channels. No assistance or liability will be provided in such cases.
